Million Dollar Office

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Million Dollar Office (“MDO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at milliondollaroffice.ai and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

MDO provides agent-run operations for growing businesses: we diagnose how work moves through your systems, then build and supervise a team of AI agents inside the tools you already use. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.

3. Consultation

A free consultation maps where time and revenue leak in your business and outlines a build plan to close them. Your part is 30 minutes with the person who knows how the work actually gets done.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fees are flat and set out in a written quote before any paid work begins. Builds are a fixed quote from the consultation. Ongoing supervision is a flat monthly retainer and is required once the build goes live. There is no percentage of ad spend and no per-seat pricing. All fees are in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice for existing clients.

5. Build Kill Point

The build has fixed scope from the consultation and a kill point at week four if the numbers are not there.

6. Cancellation

Month-to-month clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, agent connections we operate are deactivated and the client retains access to their own systems and data.

7. Intellectual Property

The agent loops, supervision systems, tracking configurations, and campaign strategies developed by MDO remain the intellectual property of MDO. Clients receive a license to use these systems for the duration of their service agreement. Client branding, logos, tools, and business information remain the property of the client. We connect to your systems; we do not migrate your customer database to ours.

8. Limitation of Liability

MDO's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. MDO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost customers, or business interruption. MDO is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms that may affect performance.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify MDO against claims arising from the client's business operations, customer interactions, or violations of applicable regulations. MDO does not provide professional advice in the client's industry and is not responsible for the client's service outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
